PRV is developing a dedicated buyer-side due diligence and transaction support platform for investors, sponsors, and acquirers of privately held businesses. The platform will focus on operational and execution-focused diligence, surfacing risks beyond the financial statements and assessing post-close value creation readiness.
To preserve independence and trust, this platform will operate separately from Business Transition Partners and will not engage in sell-side advisory work.
