As Managing Partner of Parker River Ventures (PRV), Bill leads a management consulting practice dedicated to helping organizations achieve strategic clarity, sustainable transformation, and operational excellence. A trusted advisor to Boards of Directors and C-level executives, he has guided enterprise leaders across healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, information technology, telecommunications, aerospace, and defense through complex strategic and operational challenges.

With more than two decades of leadership experience, Bill brings a unique combination of strategic foresight, analytical rigor, and execution discipline. His expertise spans enterprise transformation, portfolio governance, business operations, and technology modernization—helping organizations align investments, capabilities, and leadership around a shared vision for growth.

Before founding PRV, Bill held senior leadership roles at City of Hope, UCB, Kaiser Permanente, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell Technology Solutions, and Jacobs Engineering, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives that strengthened governance, optimized operations, and delivered sustainable enterprise value.

Bill earned a BSc in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Denver. This foundation in engineering discipline and innovation management informs his ability to bridge technical complexity with strategic clarity.
